The free version analyses E-additives and allergen wording. Allergen detection is based only on the allergen wording that can be read on the label: it distinguishes "contains" declarations from "may contain" statements, and the original manufacturer packaging always remains the source of truth.
Standard (€1.99/month or €10.00/year, 100 scans per month) and PRO (€4.99/month or €49.00/year, unlimited scans) additionally unlock sugar, sweetener and hydrogenated/trans-fat indicator analysis. No plan assesses salt, vitamins, macronutrients or overall nutritional quality.
KidLabelScan measures how the app is found and used with Google Analytics 4, the Meta Pixel and the TikTok Pixel, and only after you allow the matching cookie category. Those services never receive label photos, ingredient text, allergens, health findings, your child's age or your account details.
